Ana is originally from Altea, a charming coastal town caressed by the Mediterranean breeze, with its whitewashed houses, cobbled streets, and endless views of the deep blue sea. Altea is a haven of peace and beauty, where time seems to stand still amid the scent of jasmine and the sound of the waves—a destination for those seeking the purest essence of the Mediterranean.

Naturally, her roots led her to pursue a career in tourism. Her passion drove her to further her education, specialising in Tourism Business Management and Administration, building a strong foundation in the industry.

With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector, Ana has developed a career defined by operational excellence, process optimisation, and the continuous enhancement of guest experiences.

As Director, her mission is to oversee the operations of La Casa de Pantano, YOUNG Hotels’ properties, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and service. Her leadership is centred on innovation and the creation of unique guest experiences, contributing to the brand’s growth and positioning in an increasingly competitive market.

Originally from Altea, a picturesque Mediterranean town, Tatyana has built her career across Alicante, Valencia, and now the Netherlands. She has developed strong skills in guest relations and customer care, always guided by warmth, empathy, and dedication.
